About Us:
Tenant Trust Property Management manages residential rental properties across Sudbury. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled handyman to join our team and keep our units in top shape for our tenants.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, basic appliance repairs)
• Perform unit turnover repairs and cleaning between tenants
• Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance
• Assist with seasonal maintenance (snow removal, lawn care, gutter cleaning)
• Communicate professionally with tenants and coordinate access to units
• Source and pick up materials as needed for repairs
• Report larger issues that require specialized trades (HVAC, roof, foundation, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years experience in general maintenance, construction, or a related trade
• Own reliable transportation and basic tools
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry — jack of all trades
• Comfortable communicating with tenants in a professional, respectful manner
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Clean criminal record (vulnerable sector check is required)
• Available for emergency call-outs when needed (we’ll do our best to rotate)
Nice to Haves:
• Experience in property maintenance
• Trade certifications or licenses (electrical, plumbing, gas fitting)
• Familiarity with Sudbury area and local suppliers
